Our Community Directions Village Green is a condominium neighborhood development in Chapel Hill, NC, located right in the heart of America's greatest college town and a close walk to the UNC campus and Franklin Street. Remain on NC-86 until it merges with Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Turn left on Estes Drive, then right on Franklin Street, and Elizabeth Street will be your 2nd right. From the East, take I-40 West to exit #270 for US15/501 toward Chapel Hill and Durham, turning left on Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. Take a slight right onto Franklin Street, then turn right onto Elizabeth Street.
